Job Title: Sr. Data Engineer with Azure

Key Skills/Skill Specialization:

Mandatory Skills:

• Understanding of modern data warehouse Data lake ELT and ETL concepts
• Application Architecture experience including collaboration with senior managers leading development teams and providing ongoing support
• Proficiency in any of the programming languages (e.g. C# JAVA or Node.JS)
• Conducting data profiling cataloging and mapping for technical design and data flow construction
• Knowledge and experience of Azure cloud Data Lake Hadoop and MDM
• Experience in Azure functions for architecting and orchestrating data pipelines
• Working across client stakeholders to gather solution requirements and propose architecture decisions
• Development and maintenance of data warehouse schematics layouts architectures and relational/nonrelational databases
• Definition of effective processes and metrics for data monitoring
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies (Preferably Azure)
• Health care background with knowledge of standards like HIPPA and HITRUST
• Handson experience in driving design to technical implementation and guiding development and QA teams
• Strong data analytical skills Data Architecture (Modeling) experience with ETL tools like SSIS Azure Data Factory
• Strong database development experience with SQL Server
• Understanding of Hadoop/MPP processing frameworks like Spark
• Understanding of master Data Management (Master Patient Index) Data Masking
• Strong Documentation and presentation skills
• Experience in designing solutions and providing documentation for Low Level design to developers for data pipelines on Azure Cloud
• Experience with data modeling tools (a plus)
• Experience with scripting languages like Python Scala (an added advantage)
