Sr Cost Analyst Direct-Hire

Orange Countybased real estate investment client is seeking a directhire Sr. Cost Analyst to provide support for the company's restaurant finance operations. This is a fully onsite opportunity with a salary budget of up to $100000/year depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this opening please attach your resume.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report and manage actual vs. budgeted performance
• Prepare cost reports as it relates to the food & beverage operations of the company
• Work closely with the company's sales and culinary team to assess the profitability of menu items
• Track reconcile and report on inventory as needed
• Maintain vendor relations and negotiate contracts as needed
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in finance/accounting or related field required
• 2 years of experience in cost analysis required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Prior experience in hospitality/food industries required
• Experience using Excel (entry to midlevel)
