About the Opportunity:
Fedtec is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project work as defined by client contracts conducting factfinding analysis and hypothesis development and delivering final reports and presentations. This role requires expertise in Agile principles strong project management skills and a deep understanding of business processes and market dynamics.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage project work as defined by client contracts ensuring adherence to project scope timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Lead medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large projects overseeing all aspects of project planning execution and delivery.
  • Conduct factfinding and analysis activities to gather data identify trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and present final reports and presentations to clients effectively communicating findings conclusions and recommendations.
  • Utilize Agile principles to drive project delivery and ensure responsiveness to changing client needs and priorities.
  • Ensure that projects deliver to client expectations on time and on budget proactively identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Possess expert knowledge in areas such as business processes executive coaching leadership/profile assessments consulting and matrix organization operations.
  • Demonstrate indepth knowledge of market/industry trends and service line offerings staying abreast of emerging developments and best practices.
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts providing guidance and support to develop their skills and capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or higher preferably in business information technology or a related field. Masters degree is optional but preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of intensive experience demonstrating proficiency levels related to task with a focus on business intelligence analysis and project management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Expertise in Agile principles and methodologies with a track record of applying Agile practices to drive project success.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to conduct indepth analysis and develop actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
