Requirements:

• Elicit and document detailed business requirements through interviews workshops and analysis of existing documentation.
• Analyse and document current business processes workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation including use cases functional specifications and process diagrams.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
• Foster collaboration between development teams product owners and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project goals.
• Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions.
• Facilitate and actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Elicit and document detailed business requirements in an Agile environment using user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with a focus on healthcare domain knowledge (preferred)
• Work with architects and development team to design IT solutions that align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans test cases and conduct testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional Agile team environment.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
