Sr. Billing Support Specialist


This job requires you to work during USNew York hours


Responsibilities:


  • Create and process 1500 invoices a year for payment.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring all invoices are created paid & processed on a timelybasis and proactively resolve any issues while keeping the team informed by creating a billing status tracker.

  • Prepare and send new vendor contracts and maintain yearly renewal of 500 vendor contracts.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring all of our vendor contracts stay uptodate and are renewed plus keeping the team updated on the status of all contracts.

  • Heavy maintenance/coordination of analysts Outlook calendars (1500 meetings a year) and scheduling Outlook meetings with vendors

  • Drafting Outlook Emails to vendors for review

  • Daily work within Microsoft Office with hyper focus in Excel Outlook & Word. Skilled within Excel with ability to use pivot tables VLOOKUP and basic formulas.

  • Book travel and prepare expense reports

  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s Degree in Accounting Finance Mathematics or Business Administration.

  • Requesting a proven academic/work record and strong GPA but substitution for qualified work experience acceptable

  • 6 to 9 years experience in billing/administrative support

  • Strong English interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral

  • Daily work within Microsoft Office with hyper focus in Excel Outlook & Word. Skilled within Excel with ability to use pivot tables VLOOKUP and basic formulas.

  • Ability to multitask problemsolve and prioritize to complete tasks in a timely manner

  • Proactively handle regular activities without prompting guidance and direction. Organized and detailoriented with strong commitment to accuracy detail and followup
