Note from client: We are looking for product management or project management experience preferably in the advisory industry (asset mgmt or wealth management).
- Portfolio/asset management
- Lists investment amount raised/amount working with
- Managed/developed sales
- RIA (registered investment advisor)/Thirdparty negotiation
- Wealth management
- Experience with mutual/ hedge funds ETFs and SMAs
- Roles will be focused on onboarding and product development for traditional investment solutions including mutual funds ETFs and SMAs across select client programs. This will include onboarding a high volume of strategies in order to enable the integration of the applicable First Republic business.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the endtoend onboarding / product development process and ensure completion of all pregolive requirements
- Driving the review and negotiation of legal agreements between internal stakeholders and thirdparty asset managers
- Confirming commercial terms with third party asset managers
- Conducting analyses to select the most appropriate mutual fund share class for use in discretionary/advisory programs in accordance with firm policies and fiduciary responsibilities
- Partnering with the Chief Data Office to verify requisite licenses are in place for the purpose of conducting due diligence and providing client performance reporting
- Managing the submission and implementation of strategies in the teams onboarding application
- Instructing Operations to update product availability in trading systems
- Managing the pipeline of strategies in flight and providing appropriate transparency across the organization
- Coordinating with a crossfunctional team (e.g. Legal Compliance Risk Ops Tech etc.) to establish a framework for supporting internallymanaged strategies
