Diversified Inc. is looking to hire a Division Lead/Sales Representative within our Sport Court Wisconsin division. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations as well as all sales (currently) within the division. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to assist upper management in growing the company to the next level and assisting in building a support system underneath them. As a sales representative for Sport Court Wisconsin, you will be representing a family-owned company operating in Central Wisconsin since 2000. If you have prior experience in sales and management, and a desire to expand your career with a growing company, we want to hear from you.



Major Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all day to day operations of the company such as assisting with scheduling, warehouse management, inventory control, ordering of all product/supplies, development of company policies and procedures, installation technician management, etc.
  • Oversees all residential and commercial sales of the company of both indoor and outdoor product lines
  • Manage and develops accounts to maintain/create service revenue streams and generate new revenues from the sale of our product and services
  • Responsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including sales to new and existing clients, price negotiation, pipeline management, training, and marketing support to make you successful
  • Must be able to prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities in parallel, while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships
  • Establishes and sustains relationships with the customer to create opportunities for future and repeat business
  • Achieve quarterly performance objectives and goals
  • Finalizes sales paperwork in a precise and timely manner
  • Document all estimates with any special instructions/notes pertaining to the needs of the customer
  • Communicates all customer expectations to the scheduler
  • Performs follow-ups on pending estimates and maintains information in our CRM
  • Maintains direct contact with customers to answer questions and resolve issues before, during, and after the service
  • Conscientiously maintains and manages a vigorous calendar of appointments
  • Regularly monitor email, text message, and voice mail for customer and company communication
  • Occasional weekend/after-hours appointments may be necessary to meet customers scheduling needs
  • Occasionally be theteam lead on installs if needed (typically large projects)

Primary Objectives:

  • Meet sales quotas each month, quarter, and year
  • Promote the overall success of the company through constantly improving sales, sales techniques, and relationships
  • Participate in an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
  • Participate in Business Networking Groups assigned within the territory
  • Become knowledgeable regarding assigned territory
  • Track customers on a CRM

Must Haves:

  • Prior general sales experience (2 Years)
  • Prior management experience (2 Years)
  • Driver s License
  • Ability to pass criminal and MVR background screen
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
