Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct spoken English classes for nonnative speakers.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials to facilitate effective learning.
• Assist in developing and implementing language learning activities and exercises.
• Provide individualized support to improve participants speaking and listening skills.
• Assess participants language proficiency and track their progress.
• Offer feedback and guidance to promote continuous improvement in spoken English.
• Collaborate with the instructional team to create an engaging learning environment.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills.
• Adhere to the curriculum guidelines and instructional standards.
• Utilize technology and multimedia resources to supplement language instruction.
• Manage administrative tasks related to the internship program.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to broaden teaching competencies.
• Support cultural exchange and understanding among participants.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive learning experience for all participants.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in English Language Education Linguistics or related field.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated understanding of language teaching methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Passion for teaching and supporting language learning.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience in tutoring or teaching English as a second language is a plus.
• Flexibility and adaptability to adjust teaching approaches as needed.
• Knowledge of language assessment and proficiency evaluation.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
