Specialist Settlement Securities and Funds

Aufgaben

Contribute to the trade processing in the internal custody bank / Ensure smooth settlement of all products and markets funds included / Coordinate settlements across the group nationally and internationally / Interact daily with counterparties middle office trading and financial products teams / Issuing instructions for international settlements / Monitor all pending settlements and resolve any issues or adjustments with internal and external counterparties / Organization of a settlement of an account position to another account or accounts / Post adjustments related to cost prices position currencies allocation differences etc. / Assist in testing ongoing optimization of processes and systems / Participate in the optimization and automation of processes and systems / Participate in the testing of the ongoing optimization of settlement processes / Ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

KV or studies / Banking experience in the area of securities operations / Expertise in the area of settlement resp. Securities deliveries / Posttrade of securities / Analytical resilient personality with a flair for numbers as well as an exact and reliable way of working / Speed and precision in working / Responsible customer and teamoriented thinking and acting / Independent solutionoriented work with a pronounced service mindset / Willingness to improve things / IT flair for banking systems such as Finnova SimCorp or Avaloq as well as good PC user skills (MSOffice Word Excel) / German and English.
