For our entity in Olesno we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

Specialist Production Scheduling
(we are looking for several candidates)

Responsibilities in this role:

• creation of short and longterm production plans guaranteeing timely realization of orders based on orders and sales forecasts
• verifying the availability of resources both human and raw material needed for effective production planning
  
• supervising the timely execution of production plans and ongoing updating of production schedules
  
• managing and update data in systems supporting production management
  
• performing analyses reports and compilations necessary for optimal production planning
  
• liaising with production purchasing and logistics sales and marketing departments to receive information on orders and orders

Required Skills Abilities and Qualifications:

• minimum secondary education (preferably higher education majored in economics mathematics statistics logistics)
• knowledge of English at the level of min. B2
  
• proficiency in MS Office in particular MS Excel (advanced excel skills intermediate is a minimum)
• analytical skills
  
• ability to cooperate in a team
  
• communication and interpersonal skills
  
• systematic approach to work and commitment to deadlines
• experience in a manufacturing company and knowledge of ERP systems will be an assets
