Were looking for an experienced souschef to support out chef in our newly renovated Tulp!
What will you do:
Menu Planning & Development
Collaborate with head chef on menu creation and modifications.
Ensure costeffective and quality dishes.
Kitchen Management
Supervise kitchen staff during food preparation.
Maintain food and equipment inventory.
Food Preparation & Cooking
Cook dishes to recipe and quality standards.
Ensure safe and hygienic food handling.
Quality Control & Hygiene
Monitor ingredient and dish quality.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
Administrative Tasks
Assist with menu costing and budgeting.
Maintain kitchen records.
Who are you:
around 6 years of experience in a kitchen
around 1 year of experience as a souschef
experience in an Asian (Fusion) kitchen is a big plus!
you live in or around Amsterdam
