Double Digit High Growth Private Consumer Packaged Goods $90M Company seeking talented Sourcing & Product Development Associate for the company. This is additional role to help the company grow into new sales channels for this 30 year old nonapparel textile company. This role will come up with new ideas that can be manufactured in Asia and sold into the retail market. Position will travel to Asian suppliers to source new products for the company. Will work with internal stakeholders and the vendors to develop profitable business partnerships with new suppliers.

• BS/BA degree
• 5 years experience in sourcing & product development
• Proven success with international Sourcing from Asia suppliers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills negotiation skills and analytical skills
• Travel 25% to Asia
• Compensation: $80115K benefits and bonus
