Post jobs and source candidates for open positions through resume databases, job boards, Boolean search, and other tools.
Conduct cold emailing campaigns to identify potential leads and prospects.
Utilize CRM (HubSpot) to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Conduct sales prospecting activities, including building or approving filtered lists utilizing target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
Collaborate, develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Set up appointments and meetings with qualified leads.
Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lead generation and sales prospecting activities.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools to identify and engage with potential leads.
Previous experience in sales prospecting, lead generation, and/or recruitment/sourcing, ideally for a recruiting agency. Recruitment/sourcing experience for white-collar roles including marketing, sales, finance/accounting, operations, HR, and nonprofit positions. Familiarity with sourcing platforms and techniques including Indeed, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and more. Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting utilizing Sales Navigator as a lead generation tool. Proficient in cold email outreach techniques. Strong understanding and experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a startup environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
