Solutions Engineer - ERP Integration

TrisianGlobal Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer ERP Integration responsible for designing implementing and maintaining ERP integration solutions. This is a fulltime permanent position working on site in Memphis TN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs and design customized solutions to meet their business requirements
• Develop and maintain integration solutions using a variety of tools and technologies such as APIs web services ETL tools and middleware platforms
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of integration solutions to ensure functionality and identify and resolve any issues
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers project managers and business analysts to ensure successful delivery of integration solutions
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation and maintenance phases of integration projects
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in integration technologies and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization of existing solutions
• Document integration processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of integration solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar role with a focus on ERP integration solutions
• 2 years of experience developing enterprise web services and data integration processes using an EIP.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts and technologies such as APIs web services ETL tools and middleware platforms
• Proficiency in various integration patterns data mapping and transformation techniques
• Experience with programming languages such as Java Python or C# is preferred
• Familiarity with database management SQL and no SQL platforms
• Cloud experience Azure Oracle Google Cloud or AWS
• Knowledge of REST SOAP XML JSON and SQL.
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Integration Developer to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for designing developing implementing and maintaining robust integrations using an Enterprise Integration Platform (ERP) ensuring seamless connectivity between our ERP system and other enterprise systems. This position will work closely with our Application R&D Operations and Cloud teams to build out future application roadmaps.

The employees primary duty must be the performance of office or nonmanual work directly related to the management or general business operation of Helena or Helenas customers. This also includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.

What your day may look like

Collaborates with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and designs scalable solutions using Boomi integration platform.

Develops and implements complex integrations between Oracle EBS and various internal/external systems.

Configures and optimizes Boomi processes leveraging connectors and APIs to ensure efficient data flow and system interoperability.

Conducts thorough testing and debugging of integration solutions to guarantee high reliability and performance.

Creates and maintains technical documentation and diagrams for integrations and processes.

Identifies and documents system issues develops solutions and executes changes.

Education and experience needed for this position

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or MIS is required.

2 years of experience in developing enterprise web services and data integration processes using an Enterprise Integration Platform.

Experience with Boomi Integration Platform is preferred.

Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies.

Proficient in designing and developing integrations using an Enterprise Integration Platform.

Experience with Boomi components such as connectors maps profiles and processes is preferred.

Familiarity with various integration patterns (e.g. publish/subscribe request/reply).

Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services XML JSON and SQL.

Experience with troubleshooting and debugging integrations.

Proficiency in developing enterpriselevel integrations with an Enterprise ERP system and experience in API software development.

Expertise in technologies such as SOAP REST XML WSDL XSD and JSON.

Understands SQL (Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle) and no SQL platforms.

Experience with Azure Oracle Google Cloud or AWS.
