Solutions Consultant Stockholm

We are looking for a new Solutions Consulting team member in Stockholm to help accelerate our exciting journey ahead! As a member of this team you will have the opportunity to become a trusted advisor and help worldclass marketers gather analyze and optimize their data with Funnel.

About the role

Your main responsibilities include working as a sales engineer to demonstrate the value of Funnel to prospects and customers. This includes supporting them during their assessment period from a technical standpoint while sharing best practices related to gathering/managing/analyzing marketing data especially within the context of addressing complex use cases.

You will collaborate closely with our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers as well as our Product teams to provide input on the evolution of the Funnel product.

You will have achieved success when the prospect or customer fully understands how Funnel is foundational in helping them achieve their business goals as well as helping ongoing customers grow their business with Funnel.

As a Solutions Consultant you will

• Lead technical presales conversations with prospects

• Work with customers on an ongoing basis to meet complex marketing data use cases

• Become an expert in using the Funnel platform

• Provide input to the Product teams to make our solution even better and deliver everincreasing value to our customers

• Collaborate with other members of the global Solutions Consulting team on global initiatives

• Support technical knowledge acquisition as needed by other teams including Customer Success Support etc.

Experience & Skills

• Around 35 years of experience in a solution/technical consulting or presales engineering role

• Domain knowledge of digital platforms and/or experience in working with data marketing analytics or performance reporting

• Experience in and enjoy working in a clientfacing role

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Google Sheets Looker Studio and similar applications

• Fluency in spoken and written English (Swedish or German is a plus)

This role is located in Stockholm atour centrally located office at Klarabergsgatan.We have an officefirst approach with the flexibility of working from home for up to 2 days a week. Unfortunately we are not able to support relocation at the moment and therefore we will take into consideration only applicants who:
