Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team to provide expert technical guidance in the development of connectivity solutions and network security products. As a Solution Architect you will be responsible for working closely with our sales engineering and product development teams to provide technical insights and design comprehensive solutions for our customers that meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities conduct customer needs assessments and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Develop technical solutions that meet customer requirements and conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to customers.
Design highlevel and detailed network diagrams for customer projects and contribute to the design of network infrastructure and connectivity solutions.
Provide technical leadership and direction to project teams and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success.
Collaborate with the product development team to translate customer requirements into product features and provide feedback on new product features and enhancements.
Keep uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies and provide input on how these could be incorporated into our products and services.
Provide presales and postsales technical support to customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Telecommunications or related fields. A Masters degree is a plus.
5 years of experience in a technical sales role with a focus on network connectivity solutions and network security products in the Telecom industry. & Voice Services like Unified Communication (UCaaS) or CPaaS Solutions
Demonstrated experience in designing complex network infrastructure and connectivity solutions at the enterprise level.
Indepth knowledge of routing and switching protocols network security and network management technologies.
Proficient in designing solutions across multiple platforms including cloud onpremise and hybrid.
Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate highly complex technical subjects and solutions in a concise and clear manner.
Proven experience working with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Selfdriven resultsoriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
