Job Responsibilities

• Define solution architectures for current and future states to address project and business needs.
• Provide technical leadership to crossfunctional teams and offer guidance to development teams in crafting new software solutions.
• Offer inclusive delivery leadership ensuring all voices are heard in the process.
• Develop and oversee solution designs in alignment with corporate architectures.
• Review designs for strategic compliance.
• Mentor and advise architects technical leads application specialists and developers.
• Lead the team in resolving technical debts and defects to maintain solution reliability.
• Conduct system analysis design and code reviews to ensure solutions are secure maintainable and of high quality.
• Influence management decisions across organizational boundaries.
• Collaborate effectively with the IT team to deliver solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computing Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in software development.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on designing developing and maintaining advanced cloudbased solutions.
• Proficiency in designing and delivering complex webbased applications using relevant technologies such as Java GoogleGWT HTML/JavaScript Angular and Vue.js.
• Familiarity with frameworks including Spring Springboot Hibernate and JPA.
• Experience working with database servers like Oracle MSSQL and NoSQL.
• Leadership experience in guiding development teams to deliver cloudbased application solutions.
• GCP/AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred at the Professional level.
• Understanding of MVC design Data modeling Deployment & Build management and Data migration.
• Experience with Cloud Native Architecture including Microservices Docker Docker Swarm / Kubernetes containerbased orchestration CI/CD and Domain Driven Design (DDD) API Design.
• Familiarity with other public Clouds (AWS or GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell Python or Shell.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders across business and IT functions.
