- Architecture design consultation in conjunction with AWS AMS architects. and Agency TSM
- Review existing workload architecture for improvements and alignment with best practices
- Creation and Maintenance of Playbooks and Run Books based on operation
o Operations Playbooks
NHB Operations
GCC 2.0 and its services onboarding
Gov tech Central OnBoarding
Agency Tools Onboarding
o Run Books
Per Applications Service Operating Procedure Step by Step
- Coordinate and Collaborate with Cloud Operations Lead and Agency Technical Systems Manager (TSM)
o Update on Playbooks and RunBooks
o Operational progression on automation
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science IT or a related field is mandatory.
- 3 5 years of experience in a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud management.
- Must hold AWS Solutions Architect certification would be great if with ITIL V4 Foundation certifications.
- Experience with VMware HyperV KVM virtualization automated deployment pipelines (Jenkins GitLab CI/CD CircleCI) Docker Kubernetes scripting (Python Bash) and DevOps practices.
