As a Solution Architect at Ascom you will play a crucial role in overseeing improving and upgrading our software platforms to address specific business challenges and enhance overall business performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that Ascom stays ahead of the latest trends and technologies allowing us to deploy cuttingedge software and services that significantly improve our business processes. Your Contributions:

• Build a resilient solution architecture by assessing and analyzing which legacy systems can be updated/modernized and which services or products will support business operations across each department
• Conducting system architecture evaluation and collaborating with project management and IT development teams to improve the architecture
• Supervising and guiding development teams and writing welldesigned testable code
• Closely collaborate with key stakeholders in the business and across departments to determine needs/requirements and translate into appropriate solution architecture
• Closely collaborate with the enterprise architect(s) and contribute to the ICT architectural board as a member.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Preferred educational background: BSc degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relevant field.
• Strong IT expertise covering SQL data sourcing enterprise data management modeling business strategy auditing and compliance.
• Proven track record in cloud computing solution architecture and enterprise solutions with a focus on driving impactful change.
• Demonstrated success in managing medium to large projects collaborating with multiple teams and engaging stakeholders globally including executivelevel interactions.
• Background in proposing innovative technologies for product or service differentiation.
• Consultative abilities to provide technical guidance on business analysis project management IT architecture infrastructure cloud development and software architecture design.
• Deep technical knowledge particularly in rapidly evolving areas such as cloud platforms and automation/orchestration tools.
• Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of current and future technology solutions.
• Effective leadership and facilitation skills capable of motivating diverse teams and leaders in technology business and operations.
• Excellent analytical skills connecting various layers of business operations coupled with strong communication skills.
