Job Opportunity: Solar Sales Manager (Barcelona)

Were looking for a hungry Solar Sales Manager to drive our sales in Spain based in Barcelona. This vital role involves cultivating customer relationships analyzing market trends to boost sales efforts and collaborating with marketing and installation teams for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Proven sales experience preferably high B2C tickets in Spain
  • Exceptional communication skills and a knack for forging strong client connections.
  • Demonstrated success in sales strategy and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelors in Business Communications or related fields (or equivalent experience).

Your Mission

  • Foster customer connections and generate leads in Costa Brava (Catalunya).
  • Create and sustain ambassador networks for residential solar.
  • Conduct presentations and manage commercial proposals.
  • Shape the Sales departments creation and processes.

Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about our mission and eager to drive the energy revolution.
  • At least 2 years in B2C sales
  • CRM expertise (Pipedrive or equivalent).
  • Highly organized dealdriven problemsolver and goalfocused.
  • Excellent communicator collaborator and Spanish native speaker; English proficiency (minimum B1).
