About the role

We are looking for passionate enthusiastic peopleto join our team to perform high quality home surveys with a WOW customer experience.

What youll be doing as aSolar Energy Surveyor

• Understanding the customers needs and demonstrate the benefits of solar energy.
• Completing 23 qualified leads per day working within a 70100mile radius of home address.
• Converting home visits into sales by presenting offers.
• Taking orders and objection handling.
• Representing All Seasons Energy and providing customers with the best possible experience during the home visits always being polite professional and knowledgeable.
• Being fully prepared to provide trustworthy accurate and engaged advice to help homeowners make the right choice.
• Accurately completing surveys with minimal disruption to the homeowner youll need to always work efficiently and look to optimise your time in a customers home.

What we would like you to have as aSolar Energy Surveyor

We will provide all necessary training however we need you to have the following:

• A passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to understand and find a solution to our customers problems.
• Direct sales experience preferred. Solar industry experience would be advantageous.

• Basic salary of 25000 commission (65000 OTE)
