The Role

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Designing photovoltaic (PV) systems including system layout electrical diagrams and component specification.
• Performing electrical load calculations and energy yield analysis.

• Staying abreast of technological advancements and regulatory changes in the solar energy sector.

• Experienced in solar energy systems design and implementation.
• A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a strong electrical engineering background.
• Skilled in using PV simulation software and AutoCAD.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license for New Jerseyis required.
• Proven experience in solar photovoltaic systems design and installation.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools including PVsyst AutoCAD and electrical simulation software.
• An understanding of national and local electrical codes.
• The right to work in the US.
