Software Test Lead

Job Overview:
We are searching for a Software Test Lead to oversee testing. In this role you will work with a team of Developers Business Analysts and QA professionals to ensure that our software products are ready for launch. You will utilize test automation so you should have some experience using tools like Selenium and programming languages like Java and SQL. You will be responsible for system testing automation performance and security testing so you should have background on all of these. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to many projects that will shape the future of our organizations systems.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software developers and crossfunctional teams to understand application requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Design and execute test cases scripts and procedures to thoroughly evaluate application functionality performance accessibility usability and security.
• Conduct system and integration testing to identify defects troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless operation across various platforms.
• Document test results track defects and work closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution and regression testing.
• Stay updated with industry best practices emerging technologies and testing methodologies and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design develop and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts using Selenium UFT / QTP
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation testing tools and platforms.
• Document and track issues using JIRA.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar role
• 10 years of experience in software testing preferably within an application development environment.
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles methodologies and tools.
• Solid understanding of system architecture databases and operating systems.
• Experience in using cross browser testing tools such as Browser Stack
• Excellent problemsolving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with the capacity to work effectively in cross functional teams.
• Selfmotivated and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in testing Mobile Applications (iOS & Android) Web browser applications (Must)
• Experience in working with applications hosted on AWS GCP and or Azure environments.
