Overview:

The Software Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving the sales of software products and services within the organization. They are responsible for building and maintaining client relationships identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. This role is vital in ensuring the growth and success of the companys software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and approach potential clients to present software products and services
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials
  • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors activities
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote software solutions
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate product features and benefits
  • Travel to meet clients and prospects as needed
  • Contribute to the development of sales team goals and objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record in software sales with a minimum of 1 years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of software products and services
  • Customeroriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and salesrelated tools
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients in various locations
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Experience in presenting and demonstrating software solutions to clients
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic sales environment
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Proactive and resultdriven mindset
  • Certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus
