We are looking for an Engineering Manager (m/f/d) who oversees the team and who takes care of the overall coordination and planning. You are a team manager with a strong technical background and at the same time you understand our company s and the clients needs.
Tasks
- Directly manage, mentor, and develop the engineering team.
- Coaching agile practices, fostering an adaptive mindset within the team.
- Streamline and improve engineering processes, workflows, and standards.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to devise and execute hiring strategies, ensuring our engineering capabilities meet business needs.
- Represent the engineering team during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance of our solution.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, specifically as a tech lead or people manager
- Solid understanding in Software Development
- In-depth understanding of agile methodologies and principles, with a proven track record of implementing them effectively
- Outstanding communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Sharp analytical and conceptual abilities.
