Our team is looking for the Software Engineer (Robotics & Automation Team) to join one of our clients in Chile. They build the next generation of advanced manufacturing technologies with sustainability at the forefront of our mission.

As a Software Engineer you will play a pivotal role in driving the software development strategy and roadmap for our designto manufacturing technology. You will be responsible for handson development overseeing software architecture and AI strategy and integration.

Tasks

Resposibilities:

   **Handson Development:**

• Take ownership of key software development projects from inception & development to deployment including advanced multirobot and workflow features.
• Design and develop software features that meet the needs and challenges of our Process Design team enhancing the functionality of our advanced robotics manufacturing cell.
• Work across product and engineering teams to distill ambiguous requirements into concrete plans.
• Ensure high code quality through testdriven development and documentation.
  Working on the front end when needed Software Development Strategy and Roadmap:
• Contribute to the design of a comprehensive software development strategy in alignment with the companys goal of becoming a global leader in digital wood technologies.
• Defining the software roadmap and identifying key milestones and deliverables.
  General Software Architecture:
• Implement and maintain a general software architecture ensuring scalability performance and robustness.
• Provide technical guidance to other members of the team on making architectural decisions.
• Ensure that best practices and coding standards are followed in software development.
  AI Strategy and Integration:
• Help to define and implement the AI strategy for our Robotics and Automation projects.
• Oversee the integration of AI and machine learning technologies into our software products.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python C and C#.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in software design patterns algorithms and data structures.
• Experience in the industrial environments with robotic handling and highercomplexity 3D modeling and processing.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Nicetohave:

• Previous experience in startups or fastpaced engineering teams.
• Experience with behavior trees navigation systems and path planning.
• AI Deep learning knowledge understanding or experience.
• Game development experience or software development and 3D environments.
