Roles and responsibilities
- Understand Service Oriented Architecture concepts OOPS and Functional programming and event driven architecture
- Understand and practice agile software development methodologies
- Collaborate / pair program with senior engineers Development/QA/Release Engg/Support Engg/ DevOps
- Technical QA documentation of artifacts requirements design defects status summary
- Document master test plan test cases test scenarios and test results to drive quality engineering
- Triage and trouble shoot development and production issues/incidents
- Develop and maintain unit test functional test automation codebases
- Develop test plan and test cases for web applications and APIs
- Develop and deploy automation tests
- Manual and Automated Test execution and reporting
- Defect lifecycle management
- Automated test execution in CI/CD pipelines
