Job Summary:

As a Python/C Software Developer IoT Test Automation Engineer you will be at the forefront of our software development for embedded IoT testing efforts. Your expertise in continuous integration/delivery and your ability to design and implement automated tests will be crucial to delivering highquality IoT solutions that bridge the physical and digital realms.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Software development using Python and C to automate IoT systems validation covering device functionality and performance aspects in software sensing communication and energy management.
• Establish and manage a robust Continuous Integration/Delivery pipeline utilizing GitLab Runner and Docker to streamline software development testing and deployment processes.
• Hardware Communication: Utilize your deep understanding of UART and SPI to facilitate effective hardware communication in IoT devices.
• Linux Expertise: Leverage your Linux knowledge to configure and manage Raspberry PI devices and virtual Linux servers for testing and deployment purposes.
• Quality Assurance: Implement testing methodologies to ensure the reliability compatibility and performance of IoT devices and applications.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CI/CD processes test procedures and configurations for reference and future improvements.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages particularly C and Python for test development and automation.
• Linux expertise for configuring Raspberry PI devices or virtual Linux servers.
• Interest in CI/CD practices utilizing GitLab Runner and Docker for automated deployment.
