We have urgent hiring need for Soft skill trainer for a leading company dealing in all interior solutions.
Position: Soft Skills Trainer
Work Exp 4 to 7 years
Salary Can be upto 9 Lacs plus variable
Language English Hindi (Tamil or Malayalam Any one language is mandatory)
Base location Bangalore
Candidate will take care of Soft Skills training for South Region (Cochin Chennai Bangalore Hyderabad).
Need to give technical training on Behavioral communication grooming and motivation to skilled / semi skilled or unskilled workers.
Should be open to travel for 15 days once in two months depending on the trainings planned.
Candidate may have to travel to North West and East regions depending on business requirement in future.
Any industry but would prefer Manufacturing organisation mobile sector or home Appliances division.
Target audience for training: Engineers Technicians and carpenters.
DEPARTMENT Appliance (Sales Support)
KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The key purpose of the job is to provide skill development trainings to our channel partners and service team members.
KEY RESULT AREAS
To identify training gaps of trainees and devise a training plan.
To conduct trainings for our channel partners and service team members.
To maintain accurate training records and statistics.
To ensure that the training creates a positive impact on the pre defined parameters.
ROLE REQUIREMENT
1 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION Graduate
2 CERTIFICATIONS ( IF ANY) Certified Professional Trainer
3 EXPERIENCE More than 4 years
4 AGE 30 Years or more
6 ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Good communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Training Facilitation Skills
Time management and organization skills
Instructional Designing
Proficient with MS Office
