Lead Creative & Social Media Marketing
Location: Agra
Exp: 6 to 12 years
Salary: Upto 5 LPA
Mandatory Skills: Social media Marketing Content Creation Campaign Management Social media Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Vision:
Develop and implement the creative vision ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
2. Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of engaging and visually appealing content for various marketing channels including social media email and website.
3. Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility engagement and audience growth.
4. Campaign Management:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms ensuring brand consistency.
5. Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire the creative and social media marketing team fostering innovation and collaboration.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of creative and social media initiatives providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum (612) years of experience in creative marketing and social media management.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing creative marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms trends and best practices.
Creative thinking with a focus on driving brand engagement.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
