Salary: Php 45000 Php 60000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING EXPERT
Responsibilities as a Social Media Marketing Expert:
Conceptualize and design marketing materials including but not limited to advertisements brochures flyers social media graphics and presentations.
Develop visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand identity and messaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and execute design projects from concept to completion.
Use industrystandard software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) to create highquality designs.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality and impact of our visual content.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in design elements across various platforms and materials.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries orders and requests via phone email and inperson interactions.
Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers addressing their questions concerns and feedback effectively.
Process orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently ensuring a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales and production to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling our products and services.
Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy seeking timely resolution to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Qualifications as a Social Media Marketing Expert:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
Wxperience in social media marketing with a track record of successful campaigns and results.
Indepth knowledge of social media platforms algorithms and best practices with a focus on Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and TikTok.
Strong creative and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy and messaging.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data track performance metrics and generate insights to inform decisionmaking.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability to changing priorities and strategies.
Passion for social media marketing and staying uptodate with the latest trends and developments in the industry.
