Were in search of a dynamic Social Media Marketing Coordinator with 13 years of experience to join our team. As the coordinator youll play a crucial role in implementing social media strategies crafting engaging content and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our brand presence across various platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to contribute to our marketing initiatives and drive meaningful engagement with our audience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute creative social media strategies to meet marketing objectives and increase brand visibility.
  2. Generate compelling content for social media posts including graphics videos and written copy tailored to resonate with our target audience.
  3. Manage daytoday activities on all social media channels ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.
  4. Monitor social media trends audience behaviors and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  5. Engage with followers respond to comments and messages promptly and foster a sense of community around our brand.
  6. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and promotions.
  7. Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
  8. Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
  9. Support the planning and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns including budget management and performance tracking.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends emerging platforms and best practices in social media marketing and share insights with the team.

Requirements


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
  2. 13 years of experience in social media marketing with a demonstrated track record of managing social media accounts and campaigns.
  3. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite Canva or similar tools.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and maintain brand voice across platforms.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data track performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
  6. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite Buffer Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  7. Ability to multitask prioritize tasks effectively and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with crossfunctional teams.
  9. Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
  10. Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
