Overview:


Our client with a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to enhance their online presence engage the audience and drive brand growth through strategic social media campaigns. This role will be pivotal in managing and overseeing all aspects of our clients social media presence from leading a team of Social Media Specialists to developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity strategic thinking and strong leadership skills along with a proven track record in social media management and a deep understanding of various social platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Social Media Specialists offering guidance support and training as required.
  2. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning execution and optimization of social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize performance and results.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Review and monitor campaign effectiveness compile detailed reports with indepth analysis and provide strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
  4. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between management and content creators ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.
  5. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to develop and implement social media strategies aimed at increasing online presence brand awareness and sales.
  6. Content Management: Curate and create compelling content including photos and videos to engage the audience and drive meaningful interactions.
  7. Analytics Interpretation: Interpret site analytics research target demographics and define key performance indicators to gauge success and inform decisionmaking.
  8. Industry Trends: Stay current with emerging social media tools platforms and trends exploring opportunities to integrate them into business strategies and marketing campaigns.
  9. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Sales and Product Development teams to coordinate projects and enhance overall content marketing strategy.
  10. Brand Representation: Ensure consistency and authenticity in brand representation across all social media channels maintaining brand voice and identity.
  11. Issue Resolution: Review consumer issue correspondence address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
  12. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned contributing to the overall success and growth of our client.


Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Social Media Marketing Marketing Graphic Design Communications or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in social media management with a strong understanding of all social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Supervisory skills preferred with the ability to lead and inspire a team of social media professionals.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) for content creation and design.
  • Strong attention to detail selfdriven with excellent planning and timemanagement skills.
  • Understanding of organic and paid social media strategies with the ability to implement and maintain them effectively.
  • Basic photography skills.
  • Submission of a basic portfolio showcasing social media and/or graphic design layouts is requested with the application.
