Tasks

• Create and execute a social media strategy to enhance the companys online presence
• Manage and maintain all social media platforms including Facebook Twitter Instagram and LinkedIn
• Develop engaging content including text images and videos to promote the companys products and services
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make datadriven decisions
• Interact with customers and respond to inquiries comments and reviews in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in social media management
• Proven track record of successfully managing social media platforms for a company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to use data to drive strategy
• Ability to create engaging and creative content for social media platforms
