Shift: Mondays to Fridays 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM California Time
Compensation: Negotiable


Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic social media plan aligned with our brand goals.
2. Content Calendar: Create a monthly content calendar for all platforms focusing on industryspecific content that captures our target audiences attention.
3. Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging videos tailored for YouTube Facebook Instagram Reels and TikTok.
4. Engagement: Monitor social media channels comments and messages and engage with the community to build meaningful relationships.
5. Analytics: Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
6. Trends: Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create effective industryrelated campaigns.
2. Previous experience working for a social media agency a big plus.
3. Strong understanding of various social media platforms algorithms and best practices.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Creativity and an eye for detail.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team.
7. Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus.
8. Strong video editing skills are a plus (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro etc.).
9. Enthusiastic learner who takes initiative to expand knowledge embraces challenges and thrives in our culture of continuous learning and growth.
10. Willing to learn dentistry and how to promote it.
