Job Description

Content Creation and Curation:
Generate compelling and relevant medical content based on reputable articles, studies, and news, aligned with our brands values and messaging.
Develop visually appealing and informative posts, incorporating images, infographics, and other media formats to enhance engagement.
Adapt and repurpose content to suit various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.

Platform Management:
Oversee the management of our website and various social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to optimize reach and engagement.

Content Scheduling and Posting:
Create a content calendar that outlines the posting schedule for each platform, ensuring a consistent flow of fresh and engaging content.
Use social media management tools to schedule and publish posts across different platforms at optimal times for maximum visibility.

Article and Photo Integration:
Collaborate with team members to efficiently integrate forwarded medical articles and photos into compelling social media posts.
Ensure accuracy and proper citation of sources when sharing medical information.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track key social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and follower growth, and compile regular reports.
Use insights to refine content strategies and optimize performance on different platforms.

Stay Current and Innovative:
Continuously research and stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing and medical content dissemination.
Explore innovative ways to present medical information and engage with our audience.




Proven experience in managing social media platforms, preferably in the healthcare or medical sector. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Excellent graphic design skills, including experience with tools like Canva, to create engaging visuals for social media posts. Experience in managing and creating content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning.
