We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Expert you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness engage our target audience and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative datadriven and stays uptodate with the latest trends in social media marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Create curate and manage all published content (images videos written) on social media channels to ensure brand consistency and engage the target audience.
  • Conduct thorough research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and emerging platforms to recommend and implement innovative social media campaigns.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions comments and messages and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize content improve engagement and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing design and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of social media strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the team.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role with a track record of successful social media campaigns.
  • Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms their features and best practices for content optimization.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements: Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or a degree in a relevant field can be a plus. Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable, typically 1-2 years, but this can vary by industry and company. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets). Ability to handle stressful situations and dissatisfied customers professionally. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Empathy and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Certifications: While not always required, certifications related to customer service, communication, or specific industries (e.g., IT, finance) can be advantageous.
