We are working with a leading multinational technology BPO business. Together were looking for a Germanspeaking Social Media Agent for their office in Lisbon. The employee would join a team that works with social management of a major video streaming platform.
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Communicate with social media commenters
  • Support clients queries pertaining to channel management and performance channel analytics and any technical issues in a friendly and accurate manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Be an Incredible Communicator: Able to interpret sentiment of the partner and address partner requests/concerns in a timely manner with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Focus on delivering on key results like customer satisfaction first time resolution efficiency and quality metrics
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow
  • Identify when the issue should be reassigned to another department or more senior representative
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Professionally fluent in German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • At least 2 years BA/BS degree or equivalent with a good academic record
  • At least 12 months of direct customer service experience required preferably in
  • contact centers
  • At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media management role (Community Content & Social Media Management) for a client
  • An enthusiasm for Social Media technology
  • Interest/working knowledge in online media video streaming platforms platforms such as Reddit X (old Twitter)
  • Critical thinking and strong problemsolving skills able to investigate and followup appropriately or make judgments and escalate when necessary
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for nontechnical users
  • Resourceful and empathetic personality
