Job Knowledge
- Good knowledge about all the statutory compliances is mandatory.
- Good knowledge about all the social compliances is mandatory i.e (SA8000/SMETA/SEDEX/WSI/14001/ISO/CTPAT)
- Good knowledge about the all the documentation of all the Social compliances independently with accuracy.
- Timely closing the NCs independently.
- Good knowledge about the Payroll administration.
- Having exposure in the recruitment of the White Color/Blue color employees independently and timely.
- Good knowledge about maintain the personal files and joining formalities of the existing and new employees.
- Own conveyance is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
