Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

Interviewing potential consultants to ensure all onboarding employees will be successful in the

AWS domain

Responsible for the design development and maintenance of our bestinclass AWS training

materials

Training guiding and mentoring consultants with existing basic programming and computer

science skills up to junior and midlevel developers

Preparing mock interview situations for the consultants to enhance the esteemed learning

process provided by the company

Acting as a primary technical support resource for individuals working on a variety of projects

throughout the US (this requires ability to support consultants who are remote)

Interacting with our Executive and Sales team to ensure that projects and employees are

appropriately matched

Interacting with our Executive and Sales team to ensure that consultants on projects remain

successfully on these projects and do not result in technical failures

Prepping consultants for interviews for specific assignments involving mobile development

Desired Qualifications Include:

Demonstrated ability to lead train mentor grow and support technology professionals with the

specific AWS and more broadly infrastructure domains

Able to plan implement and manage both green field implementations and migrations into

AWS including demonstrated project management competency

In depth knowledge and working experience in core AWS Services especially including EC2 and

S3 in both Windows and Linux configurations

Understanding of AWS Networking including ELB VPC include security concepts associated

with VPC and sitetosite VPN

Understanding of Cloud Formation and other infrastructure automation capabilities and scaling

services and indepth knowledge of the AWS CLI

Understanding of managing Database services within AWS including MySQL Postgres and

Oracle; working knowledge of SQL s plus but not required

Detailed understanding of IAM including ability to write Policies

Understanding of monitoring tools especially CloudWatch

Understanding and awareness of AWS specialty services such as EKS Lambda RedShift Glue

Glacier storage etc.

Understanding of AWS Budgeting and Cost Management both the concepts and the specific

tools

Experience supporting development teams such is in managing the infrastructure of

development automated deployment and CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of Consulting Services and the Consulting Sales structure

Desirable previous international experience (US Canada or Europe)

Minimum Education:

Bachelor s Degree in the Computer Science or related field
