Position: Smart Contract Developer

Experience Required: 4 years after college

Location: Remote

Budget: 12 22 lpa

You will be responsible for designing and implementing smart contract solutions that are secure efficient and scalable working closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate blockchain technologies into our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design development and deployment of smart contracts for various blockchain platforms ensuring best practices in security scalability and efficiency.
  • Architect and develop decentralized applications (DApps) that interact with smart contracts providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the development process.
  • Conduct thorough testing and auditing of smart contracts to identify and mitigate security risks optimizing for performance and gas efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology smart contract standards and cryptographic protocols integrating cuttingedge features and improvements into our projects.
  • Collaborate with product managers UX/UI designers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the teams growth by sharing knowledge conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in smart contract development.
  • Lead the exploration and implementation of blockchain solutions that can enhance privacy scalability and interoperability of our applications.
  • Document development processes architecture decisions and smart contract functionalities ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development with a minimum of 3 years focused on smart contract development and blockchain technologies.
  • Proficiency in Solidity and experience with other smart contract languages such as Vyper or Chaincode.
  • Strong understanding of Ethereum Binance Smart Chain and other blockchain platforms with handson experience deploying DApps and smart contracts.
  • Familiarity with smart contract development tools and blockchain testing frameworks.
  • Indepth knowledge of cryptographic principles consensus algorithms and blockchain security practices.
  • Experience with frontend development frameworks and integrating web3 technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovate in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills capable of mentoring team members and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
