Duties and responsibilities:
- Proven background in the Fire Protection / Piping manufacturing sector is mandatory.
- Competency in establishing and overseeing processes and procedures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OnTimeInFull (OTIF) manufacturing principles.
- Proficient communication and relational abilities.
- Familiarity with computer operations particularly Microsoft software suites.
- Prior experience in leading and supervising a team.
- Effective communication skills both oral and written.
- Demonstrable strengths in leadership management and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / N3
- Minimum 5 10 years experience as a Site / Operations Manager
- PC Literate in MS Office Suite
- Valid Driver s License (Code EB/08) (PDP)
- Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in a Fire protection Environment
- Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in a Piping Environment
- Strong communication skills
- Good motivational skills
- Strong negotiation skills
