Job Description

MW Partners is currently seeking a Site Operations Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creative software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for site operations in San Jose reporting into the Sr Manager Site Operations.
  • Develop articulate and fulfill the GSO vision for the sites.
  • Develop deep business relationships to be able to proactively address space and services issues. Oversee ongoing support for employees and executives.
  • Direct lead and provide oversight to all our site vendors including our outsourced facilities management food service and wellness teams.
  • Lead the site experience; balance customer centric mentality with operational excellence in the delivery of all site services: including events tours Wellness Caf Shipping/Mail parking/commute etc.
  • Handle and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to the business core activities.
  • Drive improvements in and implement the sustainability strategy.
  • Support and coordinate GSO initiatives programs and site councils at the site level.
  • Act as owners rep for all projects across the site; ensure the business and operational requirements are met with excellent cross functional communication.
  • Partner with Employee Experience (HR) and IT to address any opportunities or issues regarding the employee experience.
  • Partner with Global Safety and Security team on Incident management emergency response & safety.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business or other relevant field Certifications a plus. Experience: 5 years work experience at least 3 years in Facilities Management.
  • Excellent Partnership & alignment skills with key partners to achieve common goals Strong presentation skills Innovation process improvement/organizational efficiency Excellent customer service communication influence and negotiation skills High capability in operating in and managing crossfunctional and multidisciplinary teams. Strong financial acumen Problem solving analytical skills.
