Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee
multiple construction sites simultaneously in the prefabricated building environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring highquality construction
efficient scheduling and effective communication with contractors and site workers.
The Site Manager will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the construction
and erection processes ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely project
completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee multiple construction sites ensuring projects
are executed according to plans schedules and budget constraints.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction activities meet or exceed
established quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and codes.
Scheduling and Planning: Develop and manage construction schedules
coordinating with subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure
timely completion of projects.
Contractor Management: Collaborate with contractors site workers and
subcontractors to ensure effective coordination and smooth execution of
construction activities.
Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to monitor construction
progress identify any potential issues and implement corrective actions as
required.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities
including daily logs progress reports and quality control documentation.
Health and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines
and regulations on all construction sites promoting a culture of safety
awareness and compliance.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address constructionrelated
challenges troubleshooting issues to maintain project timelines and quality
standards.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project
stakeholders including contractors subcontractors architects engineers and
clients ensuring that project goals and expectations are clearly understood by
all parties.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance support and supervision to site workers
fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and
collaboration.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in site management preferably
in the construction of prefabricated buildings or similar environments.
Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods
techniques and best practices with specific knowledge of prefabricated
building processes.
Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously effectively coordinating resources schedules and budgets.
Quality Assurance: Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
ensuring compliance with construction standards and specifications.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with
the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and convey
information clearly.
ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with
the capacity to identify issues propose solutions and make informed
decisions in a fastpaced construction environment.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
teams drive productivity and foster a positive work culture.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy in
construction documentation compliance with regulations and adherence to
quality standards.
Health and Safety: Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations
and practices ensuring a safe working environment for all site workers.
Degree: A bachelors degree in civil engineering construction management
or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant work experience will
be considered.
