At The Wise Seeker we are looking for a Site Manager to work with one of our clients in the UK: As Europes premier touring organisation the Caravan and Motorhome Club represents the interests of one million caravanners motorhomers and trailer tent owners.

Location: Federation Road London

Tasks

  1. Overall Site Management: Manage the site and all site staff to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations commercial viability and delivery of a highquality experience to club members.
  2. Operational Efficiency: Participate in necessary tasks on site including grounds work cleaning and office duties to ensure the site operates safely effectively and efficiently.
  3. Financial Management: Manage the site budget seek to increase site revenue propose strategies for increasing member occupancy and achieve cost savings to meet profit targets.
  4. Health Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health safety and compliance standards implementing company policies and procedures and maintaining equipment to meet legal obligations and club standards.
  5. Staff Development and Management: Recruit manage and develop site staff including Assistant Site Managers Facilities Staff and Relief Staff through coaching leadership and performance management.
  6. Customer Service: Provide high levels of customer service to meet member expectations enhance member and nonmember experiences and develop plans based on available data resources.
  7. Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and the community to increase publicity for the site enhance revenue and promote collaboration for onsite amenities.
  8. Communication and Reporting: Communicate regularly with the Regional Manager regarding onsite issues and opportunities compile reports and make recommendations for improvements and solutions.
  9. Training and Development: Undertake all necessary training for the role including people management health and safety and any other identified training to ensure continued compliance with club policies and procedures.
  10. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records both computerized and written related to site operations finances and staff management.
  11. Adaptability and Response: Quickly adapt and respond to issues on site including assisting out of hours during emergencies to ensure smooth site operations.
  12. Commercial and Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate commercial and strategic thinking communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and lead by example as part of the site staffing rota.
  13. Hospitality and Industry Experience: Utilize previous experience within the industry including caravan and holiday parks alongside hospitality experience relevant to site facilities and excellent health and safety knowledge.

Requirements

  1. 3 years in senior manager role
  2. 35 years in a customer service environment
  3. Proven history of managing seasonal workforces Proven history of resolving conflict
  4. Proven experience of people management development and engagement
  5. Proven experience of providing solutions
  6. Proven experience of engaging with local businesses and/or local community to generate revenue
  7. 3 years of profit and loss management with ontarget delivery
  8. 3 years management of health and safety within a hospitality leisure or retail environment

Benefits

  1. The hours are 48 hours each week on a daily rota basis
  2. Monday through Sunday including bank holidays.
  3. There is an additOur staff are offered a free pass after 13 weeks of working which means they can stay on any of our sites (with some busy period restrictions) foc after this time.
  4. A wellbeing allowance of 150 per annum can be used for anything that enhances your wellbeing e.g. gym membership hiking equipment.
  5. Discounts available Reward scheme with a quarterly draw
  6. Pension scheme double matching scheme with minimum employee contribution of 3% up to 7.5% with the max employer contribution of 15%.
  7. Salary is between 38 43k per annum.
