Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion
• Review and interpret architectural structural and MEP drawings
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints
• Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with architects engineers and subcontractors to address technical issues
• Conduct quality assurance checks to guarantee adherence to specifications and regulations
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
• Resolve any onsite technical issues and provide recommendations for resolutions
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance construction efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in construction and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and project management software
• Strong understanding of construction methods materials and regulations
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced highpressure environment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and documents
