Overview
The Site Engineering position is a crucial role within our organization responsible for overseeing and coordinating various activities at construction sites. The Site Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently costeffectively and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion
- Review and interpret architectural structural and MEP drawings
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints
- Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with architects engineers and subcontractors to address technical issues
- Conduct quality assurance checks to guarantee adherence to specifications and regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Resolve any onsite technical issues and provide recommendations for resolutions
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance construction efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in construction and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and project management software
- Strong understanding of construction methods materials and regulations
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced highpressure environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
