As a Site Engineer at Tekjawa Solar Solutions you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of solar projects. You will be responsible for onsite activities ensuring the efficient and safe installation of solar panels and associated components. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for renewable energy.
Responsibilities:
Site Assessment and Planning:
- Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility and gather necessary data for solar installations.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and timelines.
Solar Panel Installation:
- Oversee the installation of solar panels inverters and other system components onsite.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
Quality Control:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of installed solar systems.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Safety Compliance:
- Prioritise and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
