Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (B. Tech) in Civil Engineering.
Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering.

Site Execution: Strong expertise in site execution particularly in the context of interior projects.
Responsibilities:
Site Management: Oversee and manage onsite construction activities ensuring adherence to project specifications timelines and quality standards.
Coordination: Collaborate with project managers architects and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any onsite issues promptly.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that the construction meets industry standards and client requirements.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress challenges and milestones to the project management team.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all onsite activities comply with safety regulations and take appropriate measures to prevent accidents.
Material Management: Supervise the procurement and usage of construction materials ensuring efficiency and costeffectiveness.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve onsite challenges and unexpected issues that may arise during the construction process.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
Knowledge of interior site execution processes.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with relevant construction codes and standards.
