Site Controller

As a Site Controller you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial operations at our specific location/locations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records implementing and enforcing financial controls analyzing financial data and providing strategic guidance to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance exceptional analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information.

Tasks

• Oversee daytoday financial operations at the site ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisionmaking.
• Develop and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risk.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the site working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with other departments to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency and cost savings initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 3years of experience in financial management or accounting roles with at least 1year in a supervisory capacity.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices including GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and developing highperforming teams.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
