Site and Commissioning Senior Engineer

• Managing the testing and commissioning of water and wastewater onshore and offshore facilities (FPSO and etc).
  
• Lead the development and execution of commissioning and startup plans
  
• Lead the development of written procedures for testing cleaning and initial startup of major plant equipment and systems
  
• Manage client/vendor/subcontractor coordination for the startup of completed systems. Provide training program and materials for process plant equipment
  
• Manage documentation of the commissioning process including commissioning data and as built documentation input to O&Ms and feedback to the design disciplines.
  
• Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
  
• Recognize the importance of satisfying the customer as the key to achieving other objectives.
  
• Participate in the acquisition and storing of business and technical knowledge and the use of those stored intellectual assets.
  
• Maintain and Recognize that Health and Safety considerations are central to all tasks and contribute to ensuring a safe working environment for all.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
  
• Strong Technical Knowledge
  
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Water and Waste Treatment and experience in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas area or FPSO line(s)
  
• Travel to offshore project sites and perform offshore commissioning / assist facility startup.
  
• Those with relevant project management / plant tes ng & commissioning experience will be an added advantage.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project
  
• A resourceful selfstarter who possesses excellent problemsolving skills

• Mature proac ve take initiative and well organized
  
• Meticulous and able to follow through with tasks promptly
  
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project good report writing skills
